Damian has not had much to do with actual innovations and development work. Just been marketing guy, reviewing image quality and giving interviews. No big impact to Nokia.
Nokia continues bringing great innovations to global markets.

MeeGo has had In Vehicle Infotainment for a while now. Quite possibly, Dinning will be working with MeeGo's In Vehicle Infotainment system with Jaguar Land Rover.
MeeGo is the future. :D

damian is not a key person at nokia. look at nokia n808 with 41 mp. no one is buying it. nokia finally understood that camera is not very important on modern smartphones. what issues are very important today: updates and flexible after sales support for older models like apple did with ios 6 for iphone 3gs, big display with bigger resolutions, useful applications, internet speed, quicker and smarter devices. and windows 8 phone have all these points. camera resolution,as damian's presence is not so important nowdays at nokia

Nokia is disintegrating under elop's leadership (am not sure if i can name it "leadership").Many people have been leaving Nokia recently and the same will contniue as no one believes that WP will save Nokia. Fire Elop and the board now, use Android and multi platforms to survives otherwise kiss the industry goodbye.

> In reply to advice @ 2012-11-24 05:52 from fwVa - click to readNokia lost in every market - from low end featurephones to high end smartphones. Chinese phones kicked away nokia from low end market and samsung+apple took over nokia in high end market. Nokia is a dead story now. Still nokia guys hav no shame they call their asha phones "smartphones" which phones even cant copy text! How lame!
