I am shocked about the comments. If a simple engineer has to sign non disclosure agreements and limitations to protect the business then lead program managers from Nokia just jumps to competitor's payroll with a baggage of ideas and plans. Then either he doesn't take a similar role at other company and just quits to retire or Nokia has no skills to keep bound its staff and deserves it's downfall.

I sorry for Nokia, unfortunately I living you too. I was your customer since 1998 year and was with you in good and bad times. But compare most advanced (joke) Nokia Lumia 920 smart phone with Samsung any phone even I not talking about Galaxy - your guy's phone looks so poor - even not integrated most useful radio tuner and no card slot and camera lens compare with Nokia N8 (I still got Nokia N8) useless!

Add all features or leaving you Nokia even more people!

Mr. Dinning knows that WP OS is not good and there's nothing can be done with such OS.
that's why he left Nokia.

every person with right mind knows that there is no logic in these whole Nokia-Microsoft deal, since it brings nothing good to Nokia (except for Elop and few Nokia exec).

Ppl just talking a whole bunch of garbage, Nokia moving most of it's employees to Finland, he had to make decision whether to move his family or stay in England where he is and that's his choice.

How many people buy a phone based on the camera? The s3 iphone 5 sell necause of there features and innovations and not a camera.Who cares about zillion mega pixel cameras, after all moat pictures only get uploaded to facebook or twitter. If you want decent pics thwn buy a compact digital camera.Nokia clowns sim to base there purchasing on tje camera thats why all the lumias have been a flop and have been discounted so much just to sell them

He will create his own company and he will develop Image Experience for all the mobile players out there (beside Sony I think).
He will be like manufacturer part, like Samsung does core chips for Apple.
