i really felt ICS on one x was much smoother.
after updating to JB my phone feels laggy.

1)The cool scrolling feature in the app drawer where u get a 3D cube like effect when scrolling between app dwnlds and favourite tabs.

2)i seriously feel it has reduced the audio output, especially on earphones(more like a loudness check).

to sum up it is a really shite effort by HTC.

Want JB? Don't get HTC then. HTC is the worse company if it comes to update your Android properly. At least, after LG. Better go with Samsung and Sony, or even Nexus if you don't mind with its limitations.

Finally got the most awaited update y'day! Thanks for the improved HTC sense and JB. Now only I started using Google now. So far I liked the new features. Finally my gallery app got some better changes. I haven't tested my camera yet but the UI on the camera also got better.

CID-044/Pakistan
Took around 1 hour 40 mins (on wifi) right from small 1.25mb update.

Update observation:
Noticeable improve in performance (less laggy than ICS) +1.
No wallpaper scrolling (which i liked alot) -1.
No lock to last screen, it moves to first +1.
Unlock screen ring change (slightly thinner).
Play Music App is awesome +1.
RAM usage remains the same -1.
Power save mode (thou i cant feel any change when activated).
Some new skins and changes in widgets option +1.
No 3D effects when, in menu, moving from all to download and frequent -1.
Slight change in notification bar +1.
Other minor changes in menu which i will explore later :p

I received the update here in New Zealand. I was eagerly waiting for just Google Now and I am deeply disappointed with its lacking features. Its NOT a 'Siri' like in non-nexus phones. Its just known as a lot better Google search and improved voice recognition.

I like the new Sense and smooth UI. After all. Looking forward to see how Jelly bean minimizes the cores and battery consumption.
