I think this is the best update so far. Well it's still as smooth as 4.04 or even better now. Now open the app drawer is like instant. Like the new keyboard. Long press the home button to activate the Google voice search.

Camera can now PITCH to ZOOM and touch to capture (got to activate through settings)

If you prefer the old gallery, u can switch it back from EVENT to album at the top.

Now stock browser is so much faster especially text reflow . Enjoy and thx HTC

Just got the update and I have to say I am disappointed.

Text has grown even bigger on the phone since the last 4.0.3 update, the size of the clock on lockscreen is just ridiculous. Even if you tuned the settings of text size it does not improve much.

The icons are unaligned with uneven spaces between on the task bar and the bottom bar of the homescreen. How can you make it even worse HTC?

The bounce-back effect when you scroll to the end of list is now officially gone and I missed it. It feels so unnatural now. Is it because of the deal made with Apple???

The new album is to say the least harder to use. You have to actually click one more time to get to phone contents than before the update.

The colour of HTC theme has also changed from green to blue, which does not match the applications at all! The call button, the battery meter and so much more are still in green. It looks like to me HTC has done a half-way and incomplete job here. (I know I can change the theme but it is annoying nonetheless)

The only plus thing for me is the phone operates smoother and the benchmark results are better. Google Now does not bother me much quite frankly.

It feels fragmented and unpolished for now. HTC please fix it with an update soon.
