I have filled two complains to HTC website, last one I had a reply that they make a decision not to announce software updates again!!

I am really upset with upgrading process and with that reply too.

i live in lebanon and still no update.my friend have samsung galaxy S3 and got the update like 3 month ago. what are you doing HTC ?you loosing your fans that is !

I don't see why htc velocity is not included ln getting the jelly bean, why only htc one x & htc one s these 3 phones were being launched at the same time & should have the same version of the operating sys.

I have a HTC 1 XL and received the update on Xmas day(Aust)!

Since then I can no longer create an event on my calendar, you go through the whole process, save it and then there's nothing there???

Battery life is nonexistent and service is appalling, can have 5 bars and calls go straight to message bank and if I'm lucky, I might get the message notification txt an hour later!

Initially loved the idea of the "Secure" box for sensitive txt messages, but, have now found that the function intermittently disappears for a couple of days and then returns! I have restarted the phone several times without any effect.

All very frustrating, especially when I'm trying to run a business and this is my main point of contact or I need to access a txt from someone that I've moved to the secure box!

Anyone else experiencing these issues or am I just lucky?

Shame on u htc when samsung starts to roll out jellybean 4.1.2 for both s2 and s advanced and our phone model 2012 still waiting cid 15 and cid 16,and htc still wondering why people don,t buy htc phone like before,very stupid

The update has just become available on UK T-Mobile locked versions as well (CID_T-MOB005). Installing now.

I have also heard the same for O2 UK handsets

H3G__001 ? Means u r shit outta luck and will be the last to get updated. Possibly a week or two yet so I read on xda. I'm in the same boat 3uk suck for updates.

Just hold on and enjoy wot u have best advice. If u are on a custom rom or even just rooted and/or CWM recovery I understand all has to be returned to stock before OTA update is possible. Anyone?

i've faced the same problem with the desire S update last year, kept waiting waiting waiting and finally i got the update. it seems that this is the way HTC wanna deal with the ME in the futur, HTC you are loosing your reputation and fans.
