Someone's patent or an idea is their own hardwork. Stealer's who steal don't have their own brain to use. Would you like if someone steal's all your best idea under your nose, and claim it to be their own's?

Whatever. Samsung may or may not copy Apple, still, Samsung became a big company now for what they have done. Samsung would have not reached where they are now if not for what they did the past years and that includes copying (or not) Apple.

In the long run what Samsung did is a stroke of genius. Samsung is bigger than they could ever be: income, market capitalization, sales, savings, R&D, etc.
