Great, let's spend money on courts so they can deal with such important issues... That's why I don't have Samsung, because I would NEVER buy a phone WITHOUT the bounce-back effect... Oh, wait - I don't have an iPhone either. I have a lame Sony-Ericsson and it also has the glow rather than bounce-back effect... What a shame. So I am not with the trendy-people :(

They better work on getting enough iPhone5' out of the door. It's pathetic they can not even deliver enough phones. It's pathetic they can not deliver 32GB and 64GB phones over here in the Netherlands...

aplle sucks my friends in every way. their technology is worst than ever and i hate the i phone 5 specially. they seriously need to learn to make phones. whats the use of selling a $5 phone for $800-$900. no wonder the samsungs are doing better. i wont even give apple $1 for the crap they have made/ nothing innovative and they expect others to innovate how funny is that.

> In reply to Rooted User @ 2012-11-30 04:14 from MfyY - click to readYou are right. Apple are not jealous, they are simply a big bully.

They dare to bully hardware firms like samsung or htc, which have little to no power to counter their massive software patents.

Why not go against the correct foe? like Google? who is the basis for android? Reason.. the bully is afraid of a strong contender.

This whole thing is simply hilarious and stupid!
I change phones - manufacterer wise and each phone has its good and bads. Thats why i come to GSMARENA to get the info to get the phone most suited to me and my needs - not what Steve Knobs say i should have or Samsung decide to give me.
I don't like apples arrogance and "we have to be different to make more money" policy
I dont like the build qualities of samsungs and their OS's open nature - just time before someone finds a loop hole and starts hacking the phones sensless
But better the devil you know then the I diot you dont
Samsung I am!

Samsung is good artist, but not great artist yet, they got caught copying.

Apple is great artist.. they can steal without getting caught.

But nowadays its very hard to be a great artist.. technology is very advance, very easy to catch the thief.

I kind of wish that this patent war would stop, it just needs to stop. I like Apple and I like Samsung. Apple should make more of a variety of phones and devices instead of adding half an inch to the screen of the iPhone or making the iPad smaller, but Samsung needs to slow down and take time to design their devices more cleverly instead of the Galaxy S III, Galaxy S III mini, and Galaxy S Premier all look similar.
