Well, looks like Apple feels behind in business and thats the reason of them to acuse Samsung. Remember any apple fan that Apple company stoled the clok image in their ipads from swiss railway clock so stop acuseing the others and do someting better as well. What about those that already got samsung phones? Will be stop working ? :)))))))))

They can say what they want, but Apple know they dont have the edge anymore, they will take anybody to court just to stay infront. Why dont they just go back to there R&D builing and think of somthing new. People and Apple told us that the IPhone 5 will be much more advanced than the S3, and when we got it was almost the same, there is the proof they don't have it anymore.

Apple patented a bounce back scroll effect. Big deal. Samsung should never have copied it in the first place.
Samsung operate like a Chinese company ripping off other ideas without asking permissions. I hope Samsung lose market share from Nokia who offer TRUE innovation.

According to me this infringing thing is totally not whats gotta be hunted and rectified...
Plus...what could be lost by any of the companies?...It only leaves us with one 'hint' that :" Companies like Apple and Samsung find it difficult to cope with the competition therefore trying to put the other down in some way or the other"------NO OFFENSE

Again Apple rips off someone else’s idea then claims its there’s and the dumb-ass Judges and Courts are too stupid to see this (or are in Crapple’s pocket??) This isn’t a victory for Crapple, it’s another nail in their coffin and another knife in the back of the consumer. Crapple has essentially stolen from PONG bounce-back invention for the basics of its scrolling patent. Pong was released by Atari in 1972. What goes around comes around. Greedy Pigs. Crapple Rotten to the Core!!
