Now Apple is about to bankrupt.
Apple was only stand because of STEVE JOB.
Iphone 5 is the big failure for Apple..

Apple should enhance their product quality and specification instead of CRYING.

The US Patent and Trademark Office has ruled that 20 patents relating to scroll technology "lack novelty".That includes the bounce back feature as well.

Jesus tap-dancing Christ! Who the hell issues a patent for a bounce back "effect" in the first place? So we can patent pretty much anything now, right? I have an idea: you guys know how it gets dark after someone switches off lights at night? Well, I'm gonna patent that "effect" - from now on it can't get dark when lights are switched off, else, pay me!

Of course, everything related to Apple is ridiculous! Crapple didn't develop the basic cellular telecommunications technologies upon which smartphones are based. They copied everything in the first place!! How earth can they patent stuff which has been around since the beginning of time - like rounded corners?? Crapple started this insanity, because they cannot compete any more. I wonder who they are going to sue for the ugly scratches and chipping all over there brand new phones. Just about very review out there are saying i5 is without a doubt the best hardware to reach the market this year in terms of DESIGN, ENGINEERING, and MANUFACTURE. The time is rapidly approaching when the brainwashed Crapple Zombies are going to see the light and Crapple will be exposed for whet they really are - greedy pigs..

Patent on a bounce-back effect? I don't know the exact date Apple Put it in their software, if it was there from the very start(first iPhone) or not. But I remember using a older Nokia S60 phone(5800 xm) having a bounce-back effect right from the start. Like in the end of phonebook. So why did nobody react to it back then? Did Nobody have a patent like that?

> In reply to Denzo @ 2012-11-29 06:15 from sy9x - click to readPatent is very powerful.

Even if you are creative, you come out with the same idea WITHOUT copying, You are still infringing..

In the fast pace of software, where ideas can be build upon ideas, its is very limiting on creativity.

Thats why. Its not iLogic or android fan or apple fan .. its a deadly weapon for any software company.

So if i bake a cake.. and it look like a iphone. means i am getting sued?

> In reply to Anonymous @ 2012-11-29 04:33 from uREv - click to readhinders creativity? the whole point is to come up with your own ideas!! How does that stop people from being creative!! HAHA another crazy android fan which need more iLogic and LESS copying ideas.

See what happened, you copied what all the other android fans say, misinterpreted it, and have now made a good idea into a bad one. What a great example of innovation gone wrong!

The patent infringement stating that some Samsung phones are look alikes of apple is obviously correct, and I support apple whole heartedly for it.
But getting things like swipe to unlock, and now bounce back effect patented sounds pretty pathetic to me. you can easily have the bounce back effect with any launcher. e.g. take ADW Launcher or Go Launcher. I wonder why such patents are even issued.
