Samsung may have copied some of apples ideas but they did more with the ideas than apple ever could. Their known for taking others ideas because there are no copyright laws in China. If i get a product that is just as good if not better, with way less of the costs from all the crapple adapters i would need to buy then im a happy consumer. Apple has marketing going for them. Retina display is a lie. If you want to see a real beautiful screen look at HTC and LGs products. The Lumia 920 is smashing the retina display. I have never seen a better camera and screen on any other phone. Apple fans need to be willing to give other products a chance instead of believeing that the ipad mini is a great device. Last time i checked the asus nexus 7 had a better display, cheaper price tag and better processing power.

I think that apple will say that we invented the charger
and then they will say that we invented earphones and the microphone in the device so that samsung have to make a phone with out a charger

Shut your faces, Apple not giving you any money from the law suit. Samsung,still get paid, their owners still get rich, regardless of the law suit. You cant compare the lawsuits between apple to the ones by ericson and LG. Theirs are actually something real and are likely needed (if proven guilty).

Not trying to be a troll or hate but "screen bounce" isn't something that will make or break a buyers descion and if it is, I wonder how they were able to get out of bed in the morning with that logic.

I really don't care if Samsung copies to get us great products at a cheaper price GOOD JOB KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!!! People have made amazing livings off of stealing other peoples ideas and inventions my advice is if you have a good thing going GET IT OUT FAST & DO NOT BE A MERCHANT and OVER CHARGE people will come and stay loyal!!! OVER CHARGE and your followers will quickly disappear!!! Stop crying Apple your like rat kids in grade schools.... PLEASE RATE IF YOU AGREE

For a company who has little patents or own any technology they sure love to push there weight around. The only thing Apple is creative for doing is finding new ways to take you to court.

I still cant picture why sue the company who makes your garbage phone.

Display parts come from the same supplier as Samsung, and not from Samsung. Samsung didn't invent shit. Stop making things up. If Samsung wants, they can try to sue apple over the Retina.

copyrighting hacks. Samsung had it coming. All they do, is copy others, and over flood the phone market with redundant products. They deserve every bit of this. Good job apple. Take out these copy righting hacks.
