Why Apple needs to sue Samsung as a leading competitor, why not Android which is operating system for all Android consortium led by Google Inc.? Very doubtful indeed?

We all know that many bought Tabs thinking they are IPads( what does that tells you?) IPhone uses Siri so where does S-Voice comes from? Samsung is going to fall slowly but gradually by stealing from others, its good that they exposed them. will you not take someone to court if they steal from u and become richer than u?

i was gonna buy and iPad 3 this weekend , But after reading this , nahh! apple is getting really ridiculous with all the suing and patent violation crap! after the introduction of iPhone 5 , now i get what's going on. apple is really running out of ideas , so in order to save the income , they have to sue everyone , cause the no good device , is a no good seller. damn you apple , you're no good anymore.

Now Ericsson is also suing Samsung, and Samsung's hypocrisy is coming out more and more. In the Ericsson case Samsung argue the royalty is too high (cos they pay) yet the exact same royalty in the Apple case, Samsung argues its too low.

Shame on Apple. They must pay to Nokia or Motorola use of icons, or scrolling pages, or submenus, or rounded edges... Apple not invented telephone, well neither Nokia or Moto, but once were not wars that inhibit progress.

Why should someone be able o freely copy others instead of creating their own formats, should be Samsung that you demand innovation and originality from, good on Apple.

Is it just Samsung that violate the patent? Isn't Google the one who created the OS? I have tried many android phones from different brands and bounce back effect is standard. Samsung did not created Android... Samsung created the phones that runs on Android...
