Samsung earns about 1% of it's yearly revenue from sales to Apple, yes they are their biggest corporate customer but can easily afford to lose them.Apple are too short sighted and hypocritcal for words in everything they say and do in the business world and I have to admire Samsung for being as patient with them as they have been.
Samsung got this contract because no one else could meet the quality control standards, the delivery times and quantities demanded by Apple. Why would anyone be stupid enough to cut off business relations with their greatest asset? I know if I was running a manufacturing company,I'd be VERY careful who I made my friends and who I made my enemies.

Instead Apple was almost bankrupt in that year while Samsung was already envisioned a bright mobile future.

Samsung doesn't want to stop selling chipsets to Apple because Apple is probably their biggest customer and they're probably making billions of dollars a year. You wouldn't want to lose your biggest customer, right?

if apple does leave samsung totally or they don't go with intel, for one thing apples quality of their chips will go down hill and it'll take them years to get back to where they are now and probably by that time apple will be broke so they are planing their own destruction

relationship between the two companies has now gone from bad to worse. Situations like this never favours any one, the time frame for Apple to resolve this issue is not one month! Samsung needs the money as well because in business, a cent is important. Consumers on other hand is affected by all of this. For God sake ' APPLE and SAMSUNG', STOP THIS!!! Is taking us no where!!!

If Apple would do so they realy keep up the act of drama queen they currently do. I guess it will hurt the semiconductor part of Samsung for a while, Apple is a big customer. Money talks, we will see where this ends.
