I had an old N73 Music Edition, and that takes awesome pictures, and the sound in my videos was better than the sound in my Omnia HD(sincerely).

Nokia must embrace Android to bring them back to competition.

> In reply to [deleted post]Nokia fanboys are always in wrong. They believe that everything provided by nokia is the best. But nokia's camera performance including pureview, nokia's music performance including dolby enhancement, are far behind than the samsung, apple, sony units. Nokia N8, 808, 920's camera performance(picture quality) is far behind than iPhone 5, SGS III, Xperia S.

> In reply to jamesrob26 @ 2012-12-04 16:41 from j@$b - click to readoh they are unique my friend. they had all resources you need to stay on top. they thought they knew it better and didn't went over to android as a billion people asked for android phones. so they and apple became the only major companies in the market without an android phone.

well what was right for apple turned out to be wrong for nokia. so they decided to put all their eggs in a basket. at this moment each CEO with a brain might have switched to android. but as nokia is unique they decided to put the eggs in the WP8 basket.

if you are at the edge and you know that there is a base of 1-billion android users and further that the only thing you know for sure about WP8 is that it will be named WP8 you should go for WP8. brilliant move by nokia! and further they decided to stick with this OS and never go to android - that was even more brilliant!

i didn't know whats wrong with nokia’s management. They might be huge mussolini fans or just retarded. each and everything that could had been done wrong actually had been done wrong! and while samsung is printing money in their basement, nokia is selling the own HQ. with this unique management nokia got no future!

They shouldn't have made this news public. Now who is going to buy a handset from a troubled company when you know the support for the device might end soon.

please think about the consequences of what you say, before you publish your words for the world to see. Many thanks.

> In reply to [deleted post]About the low end hardware of the N8, this was due to Symbians incompatibility with Arm v7 processors, they had no choice but to use v6. This was a Nokia-specific problem for their software, for example Sony Ericsson made some Symbian phone with Cortex A8 processors.

And i think everyone know that the low screen resolution of N8 was due to a Symbian limitation as well.

Nokia's biggest mistake is ditching Symbian while it's still selling and still has loyal users around the world, and they didn't have any better OS to offer.
even now, Symbian phones still sell better than WP phones.
it proves that Nokia's fans still prefer Symbian than WP.

WP is just a pretty face, it can't compete with Symbian in term of functionalities.
Symbian has native video call, real multi tasking, ext.storage support, bluetooth FTP support, etc.
while WP has nix!

> In reply to Troopify @ 2012-12-04 15:47 from fxHY - click to readI agree. Despite being common androids, htc sony Samsung etc have very different user experience. They also have proprietary applications that won't work with others. Google didn't restrict them either. Only "plain vanilla" androids look the same. These are Nexus and some other brands.
