He went even further telling us to wait for Huawei's device, because it will be much better and cheaper than the phablet top dog. A while ago there was this rumored device...

The VP blew it. The phone will not be pocketable anymore. The 1080p will unnecessarily eat up battery life quickly which also needs bigger battery. Note 2 is the best balance. If u can't fit this in a pocket then why not just buy a Nexus 7 3g instead?

Good - I would like a cheap top end device. We all know they have a limited life span so why pay top price for anything. Better to buy this device and turf it the bin in 3-4 years time, and then buy whatever else is good value

but not with Meego with symbian s60.
Meego devloped later.

why ? ..... for gods sake why ?? ...6.1 inch seriously ... So after 3 yrs phones will have 15.6 inch screens ???.
dont just get bigger guys think whether its required for a phone.

Huawei seems developing a lot, but Their time to introduce a new product to consumers a bit delay than other vendors, wish they can improve their TTM to reach their target to replace Samsung by them till 2015.

Keep going forward as to moto!

too big. verging on actual tablet territory... 5 inches is the best screen size without becoming unusable...

U can't call Apple king of iOS.

Samsung has android, WP and Bada phones

Nokia had S40, S60, WP7 AND WP8 devices

Apple needs to make others phones to be even counted in that category. Great products, very jailed OS. Sorry !

I can put my Note2 in my pants pocket, but can hardly sit down or drive my car with it there. Even with one hand operation setting, no way I can control the phone without sliding it around on my palm.

the ability of stylus aka spen to touch a CAPACITIVE touch screen tells you that innovation after decades has happened when samsung introduced it.
