I have got problem with flash light alerts in my Note 2... the flash keeps on blinking even after call has been ended unless i restart the phone

After updater to 4.1.2 on my note 2, my signal bar is like disco. G, H, H+.... they keep changing.. I'm wondering if it's my service provider problem or my phone?.. it's OK before I update..

settings->lock screen->ink effect set to disired color.
now lock the screen, pull out the s-pen then press power button which ll show lock screen, now jst tap the screen wit s-pen.

yeah..4.1.2 is available in India & has been tried by me. My phone has been upgraded but I'm not able to use use the ink-lock feature.Can anyone help me out on hw to use this feature? I tried going to settings -- lock options but that specific feature has been disabled. Pls help
