I seen this handset and played with it. Its an amaizing handset. its going to be head to head with iphone 5 and S3, actully i think its gonna kick the Apple and Samsung butt. The OS is awesome. Feel solid, not plasticy look and feel. RIM made sure to get 101% product to recapture north american market...lets see wait and watch the smartphone war.....!!! by the way I'm a Appple fanatic, I cannot live without my iphones/iPads/Mac but deffinetly i'm going to grab this new BB10...Good luck RIM...

Seems an android device. But battery 1800 is too low now for a smartphone. 2300 or 3200 are the standard ones. It is difficult how blackberry will fight with this normal phone, against android king where Xioami, Meizu, Opps and many manufacturers are releasing much advanced phones at very competitive price. Samsung is the KING and will be for next 5 years.

I wanted to say "get ready to be sued by Apple" but it looks like many have beaten me to it.

For those people that keep saying it looks like an iphone5 open your eyes. No way near sorry to say. If you want to say it looks like another phone sure LG Optimus 3D 920.Looks totally the same. Looks are one thing but what is making the phone run is the most important thing. If you want to jump ship and try new things good on you! If you don't still good on you!

I don't think they will be sued by Apple because they are not copy cats like Samsung
