I set the alarm on my OMNIA to 06h00 a while back and then changed to 06h30. I know that it has 3 alarms but my alarm still goes off at 06h00. Even when none of the boxes are checked. Will this go away if I reset my phone? What else can I do?

If u go to setting/memory, press on the storage card tab...that is your storage size, if you wanna see your storage card size..click on the pull down and select storage card. Don't ask me why they design it like this...

i got the omnia quite a while back. the first two weeks are a bit hard, you have to get the feel of the phone before you know how to REALLY use it. for example, there was this slide that kept showing. i tested the phone many times to see why, in the end it was the shortcut to the task manager and you can end all tasks or a task. you put a finger in the bottom center of the screen and move it up a little and a little slide appears. the thing that got me mad was that the camera may not work at times, i just restart or clear my memory of things i do not need. and another thing is that the touch screen and the scroll are not so responsive like you think it would be. but over time the scroll gets easy, while people using your phone have trouble. the touchscreen is okay compared to and iPHONE or other good touchscreens. overall this phone is GREAT! to me it is mainly for style.

> In reply to Craig @ 2008-11-27 12:24 from NxsfHi there,
Got my Omnia, been a month and a half now.
i was very frustrated with it at first as it kept freezing and was very slow and then finally the motion censor was not working then i took it in for repairs and then they have upgrated the software and now....it's amazing.
i strongly recommend the software upgrade

I am actually looking into the Omnia. I think it looks awesome. Right now I have an instinct and I really like it a lot. But its pretty obvious the Omnia has greater potential than the Instinct. So I wanted to get some input from those that are currently using the Omnia as to what the advantages, and maybe the disadvantages, of switching over to verizon and the Omnia would be. I've watched the Omnia video reviews and read the articles, So I feel pretty comfortable on what the phone offers and its functionality. So how does it actually perform? Is the browser as easy to navigate as it seems? Is the double tap zoom (I would love this) function responsive. Are the wi-fi and 3g connections reliable, and fast? is the touch screen responsive? Touchplayer? I'm a total music junkie, need a good media player. customization? Useful apps available? do you like the TouchWiz feature? And for the two big questions... First, windows mobile? How is it? Never used it. I've heard the arguments for and against, but how do you users rate it? And lastly, does this phone work at all with a Mac? Yes, I'm a mac user and this is one of the main reasons I'm looking to leave the Instinct, it just doesn't do anything with the mac. And this is very frustrating when all your music, movies, etc are organized on a mac. Can the Omnia and it's os run itunes? I know a lot of you are saying I should just get an Iphone. And while I think the iphone is great, I will never go back to AT&T and I'm not an apple snob. Yes, I would probably do the Iphone if it was on another carrier, but I don't think its the endall of phones. I don't need my phone to completely sync with my mac. but it would be nice if some of it was compatible. So, with that, what do you guys think of the Omnia? Oh, and I'm in the U.S. Salt Lake City, Utah to be exact.
