Anyway I think Samsung or Nokia will be the first with a 128 GB phone. :P
Now about the Ram stuff, well it could have 3 GB, and it could have a 16 MP camera as well, and 3000 mAh(but that's NOT enough if it has a powerful CPU)

What I think? I think the Yuga and the Odin along with Huashan will come at the CES and MWC but this one may come in Q3 Q4 and not with this specs in the Yuga.

Exynos 4 A9 on S2 is better than Qualcome Krait A15 dual.
Most of these benchmarks mean nothing since you can tweak your ROM to get better results.
Real test on reboot time, Copying files, Encoding and HD game smoothness as you can see Krait has mini lags in HD games.

IR port, nice! What once was a high-end phone feature somehow became obsolete – maybe because at the hype of it's day it's only use was data transfer, now it's for entertainment. Great to see it back on phones and tablets.

Krait pwns Exynos 4 in only one benchmark, in the other benchmarks the Krait is barely ahead or a bit behind.

And i would not be surprised is Samsung stays with 8mpix for Sgs4 =)
