Apple found to infringe MobileMedia patents in US - read the full textApple lost a weeklong patent infringement case brought by a patent-licensing company MobileMedia Ideas LLC, a company in which Nokia, Sony and MPEG LA own about a 10% stake. It took the jury just four hours of deliberation to find that the iPhone 5 was in violation of three of the patents...

Just in: theres no iphone 5s or 6, they decided to call it "the new iphone with rounded corners", and that's not just any rounded corners but patented rounded corners.

Now this is indeed a great news to start the day, Apple kept no one in its side and now all other companies will give them some "love".
more companies to sue Apple, and bigger cases will follow, Apple should stick with Computers and that's it.

It is actually fanboyism that is the true plague of the comment sections. Normal fans are able to take criticism, while at the same time have no problem highlighting the good of others, even though not their gadget of choice.

when other companies has similar functions or shapes, it's called copying. when apple uses other pre exisiting functions ideas etc it's not.

Apple in middle of war. They had a very bad time recent time. Hope they will overcome this sitution.... but apple phone price is very high. common people cant buy this in india.
