i updated my nokia lumia 800 at NOKIA CARE.
the new features i experienced are

--- File sharing(photos and audio files only) via Bluetooth

--- re-sizable tiles (three sizes)

--- New home screen

--- 20 new accent theme colors

--- Bing image of the day as the Lock Screen wallpaper

--- Ringtone Maker application

Just flashed my Lumia 800 with the South African Vodacom Update to 7.8 - Baaaad news, still no USSD codes, still no custom ringtones. Goodbye Nokia and Windows Phone.

I cannot understand why a simple thing like USSD codes isn't supported. We NEED in in South Africa for banking security etc. and working with our Service Providers ... :-(

Fools windows 7.8 tango update is available in India & europe, Go to any nokia care & get updated, whereas it will be available on zune by 2nd week of feb.
There's also good news for lumia users as nokia has invited thousands of developers to develop apps & games for lumia. So expects a lots of apps for your lumia phone by the end of february.
