this is a joke... how do you call everyphone you release every week a flagship? it used to be that a company released on TOP END super phone a year that was called a flagship.. now you have stupid companies like samsung and HTC releasing "flagships" every 3 months.
you spend money on getting a top end phone, and within a month its obsolete cause the stupid company announces its NEXT "flagship"
android ruined this market by allowing so many OEM's so compete like this.. they just wanna empty the conumer pockets now.
.. pathetic.

There are still 2 whole months for the phone to release. These are just leaks which most probably aren't complete.Let the whole specs list come out. There no reason for there not to be a SD card slot, international version of the Butterfly has it and its a previous gen phone.
As for the battery life,I'm sure 2300mAh and Sense 5.0 is more than enough to give great battery life.HTC isn't gonna just dump huge batteries like Samsung into their phones just for the spec sheet and marketing and make it think and heavy. They are more probably gonna optimize their phone to be energy efficient like Apple.

And watch them ruin themselves by not providing an SD-Card slot and a weak battery to add to the equation. I was all in with HTC until these past 2 years. They come out with excellent hardware but fail on other major areas which doesn't give you much of a solid Flagship device. Great spec's with not enough juice to last a day is a no go for me.
I love there thin profiles and esthetics but they just continue to fail on other levels.
Many say that this is the "cloud" era but believe me I need my hardrive memory in order to use this phone to its potential. My music needs to come with me for my gym workouts and hd movies should fit on the go.

And what for? this stupid dpi race reminds me of the stupid MHz race on computers or the mpx race in cameras.
The only thing that this kind of screen gives is low battery life and waste of GPU resources; 720p is more than enough for a 5" device (even that is stupid in my opinion)
Screen quality is a lot more than the nº of pixels, which is just comercial nonsense

Removal battery?
SD card slot?
HTC also brings out a flagship phone before Samsung which is underpowered, like the HTC One X before the S3.
Shame because we need more competition to keep prices down.
