just to highlight i have pluuged my phone into the nokia pc suite on my comeputer and it has updated my phone to 7.8.

I live in the uk and have an unbranded nok 800 lumia bought from the carphonewarehouse.

I didnt have to use navifirm or anything it just updated my phone software to wp 7.8.

so it seems that the update is their waiting for people to update it via nokia pc suite in the uk.

hey!!today i went to nokia care india to update my lumiia 800 ..firstly he says my phone is manufactured in malasia and secondly he says no waranty so give 500 rs for update.. shitt!!!!now what do i do?

Hey is this update is possible with ma lumia610 in karnataka(India) and plz tell me can we download songs directly to t phone and tell about apps is it possible to download from other sites

Guys , my ringtone maker is not working ..
after song selection there is just blank screen appear in front of me ..
Anybody has any idea on this ?
I am also not able to pick up my call on headset ..sometime it works ...but sometime it isn't...

Its not available at Zune but it is available all over India at Nokia care :)

I would like to add my cent to the feature list.

There is a 'search icon' provided in the app list screen.

We can search for apps now from our app list. Its not of much use though, at least for me.

Today i got update my lumia 800 to 7.8 from nokia care and as much i used it i can tell there is a new feel everytime i unlock my screen... But there are lags and stutter in home screen while scrolling.. Not only this but some apps crashed itself during usage which were working perfectly before... I will give my feedback to ms regarding this...
