Heres the proof of the 2330 mah battery, does not look like a model for japan only,

AnonD-91751, 21 Dec 2012The international version of Yuga will have a 2800mAh battery. That is more than enough for a... moreTheres no proof of that, for now the most reliable leak points to a 2330mah battery. While it is a nice improvement from earlier Sony flagships its still a bigtime downgrade from Note II with its 3100mah capacity.
Or do you have any solid info on the 2800mah battery? Because i only seen mentioned 2400 and 2800, and now we know 99% sure that there is no 2400 but 2330, so the 2800 is likely wrong as well.
The international version of Yuga will have a 2800mAh battery. That is more than enough for a phone with a 5" screen. The Japanese version has a weaker battery because of all the extra Japan only features.
this will be a hell of a phone. but with this battery they should sell the phone with a second battery and a station to recharge it.
i think this will be my next phablet.......
Can't wait to this phone.
Well , since i have the phone in my hands right now , i am really trying to find a way to believe this is a waterproof device . The microphone on the lower front is not covered by anything and so is the speaker on the lower right side of the phone . Have seen many water resistant phones so far to know that this design has nothing to do with anything like that .
AnonD-16334, 21 Dec 2012Sony's naming system sucks for example Xperia :p, j,o,n,c,m,t.lolTotally agree! it's so confusing sometimes. Sony should change it back to the way S.E. name their phones.
AnonD-61409, 21 Dec 2012Good. But they care too much for the slimness. And, I hope they stick with Qualcomm's S4 chips... moreWhy do you ask about OLED here? Most of this aritcle is about its opticontrast LCD display. The OLED rumors was nothing but a fanboys dream, the Yuga has already been tested by a russian tech journalist and its confirmed to be LCD.
And i agree with those who say we dont want so slim phone, rather give us battery. Seems like the rumors of a 2330 mah battery is true, that means the Yuga cannot replace the Note 2 for those of us who need a true workhorse. So we see it once more, Sony is not willing to compete with Samsung, Sony go their own ways even when they know the buyers will not follow them down that path.
Should name as Xperia Sll
Honestly, I'd prefer a thicker phone with large battery
nice mobil ...........................................
Is it Japan market only?
Good. But they care too much for the slimness. And, I hope they stick with Qualcomm's S4 chipset. Is that too much to ask for?
Or this one with Samsung's chipset and Odin with Qualcomm's. That would be more fair for customers.
Also, how long can a Oled display last? 2 years?
I would prefer his name was something like'SONY XPERIA BIG' or if they want a letter it's better the 'A'
Sony's naming system sucks for example Xperia :p, j,o,n,c,m,t.lol
I am getting this too. I find my samsung design getting boring.
wow,it could be great phone
