They said the same things about America in the 40s, Japanese stuff in the 60s/70s and 80s. The problem is that you are too ignorant beyond belief to realise that China does make good original innovations which arent knock offs and in someway, are ahead. 2) I have no problem holding a tab 7.7 1 handed for a few hours
3) a lot if people would prefer 1 device like this than 2... The note 2 fits easily in all my clothes....I'm sure this will.
4) all manufacturers (except apple) are heading to big devices.....5t inches plus..people don't even recognise that I have a note 2....Android gives choices :-)

A few things....This device will only be a few mm wider than the original note so it will be pocketable but not in all clothes.....As you can see in the photo it can easily be held with 1 hand.... Phones now days are used less for talking and more fore social media, messaging, internet, videos, games, reading books, and etcetc....Plus if you don't want to hold it too your ear you can use a Bluetooth earpiece,

I have a note 2 and absolutely love it as an all in one device.....I am really hoping the note 3 goes to 6 inches with narrower bezels

This device isn't for everyone but for some people it's perfect....Why do you need to knock other people's opinions?

useless. better a small 4" iphone 5 for talking and quick email check and an ipad mini for internet. i do not want to keep at my ear such a monster because i look like a clown and 2nd, my hand will numb quick. it is so stupid to buy such a tasteless and ugly device

Only that it swells. 6.1in is sure to be on the modest pocket size limit. 361ppi and lot of high specs. Whao, I hope all other manufacturers will start responding to our wish - phablet!!

wow my dream cum true. I so want this device, its perfect size for a phablet. I had a Note and got rid of it. I'm currently using the Galaxy Tab 7.7 as my main phone and always wanted a phone slash tab to be 6 inches with a 1080p display, and finally someone had the guts to make one, thank god woohoo. I'm so happy. When this comes out i'll sell my tab 7.7
