> In reply to bb @ 2012-12-25 01:26 from 0mXH - click to readSpecial case in Indonesia, most people still rely on BB coz they can sell a lot of stuff via BBM by posting the photo and customer can directly order it by leave a comment on that particular photo. That is the most powerful feature Whatsapp has not be able to do it til now. Why not using blog/web? Indonesian thought using BBM is more practical. Til Whatsapp can add that feature, BB will still have a big users here...

Im a heavy business bb user for 2 yrs now and recently came upon iphone 4 which is old tech by any standard.
Ill only say it feels 10 years ahead of any bb tech and i dont think anything would make me invest in a bb again unless steve joined them from beyond world.
There will be users still but only old buiseness ones i think coming for an upgrade.
Why paysame money for much less bb?

Honestly, I still hope ping and direct photo comment will appear on whatsapp, so I have no reason to consider BB. But knowing that those 2 features still missed on whatsapp, I might consider BB10 if its OS can match Android, both functionality and beauty...

> In reply to Thephonegeek @ 2012-12-24 15:34 from uNVL - click to readseriously? far from goodlooking. if you're a blackberry user you would realize the ergonimics behind the keypad. that's the most comfortable keypad you could ever get in a phone and thats blackberry. I'm using an ip5,its good for apps, but BB is still the best for messaging and emails. who says i can't get one even if i have another phone. this is sexy and i love it.

Android vs iPhone vs Windows Phone
BlackBerry still survive because some people still using BlackBerry Messenger ---> cheap option for rich people who don't want to spent any money to text others
I hate BlackBerry users & let them live on their own world with their BBM Groups !

Bigger Battery? Good.
Front facing camera? Good.
No Skype video calling? It is so bad that it overpowers previous two goods combined.

The phone looks thick. If its not slim then there is no point at all. They need to understand that a phone is also these days a fashion accessory...
No way am buying a 1cm thick phone.
