It was already said to be something for BROWN devices (devices that are used by Sony developers). Someone just found a way to get access to that. The update isn't here just yet.

Please confirm if it's the real deal. Videos have come out since two days but they are the TEST devices which are running Jelly Bean. However a NEW home launcher for Sony ICS has leaked which resembles the JB version expected soon.
