The last comparison picture exaggerates the 6.1 inch size way too much. Are they blind? The difference between 6.1 and 5.5 is much, much smaller than presented. The actual 5.5 inch screen would fall somewhere in the middle between these two rectangles. Take a ruler and do some math. LOL.

> In reply to bob @ 2012-12-30 11:55 from Jx8Z - click to readYeah, 2013 will be very interesting, and I think Samsung, Sony and Motorola are going to announce some awesome devices! What will be interesting next year is that Nokia will probably continue to fall down. Chinese brands will try to compete with the giants such as Samsung or LG.
Anyway I agree with you, people should wait till the phone will be officially announced, but you know, the ridiculous size of the phone can make people to write what they wrote. :P

2013 will be a very interesting year... so many interesting things to come.. we all should be happy about that...
I really don't understand all this negative comments here in regards to this (and other) device... it hasn't even been officially announced and you already rant about how bad it is... this comments are not helpful for anyone! In case you don't like something than please try to be objective and tell us why you don't like it... Moderators should just simply delete all this "xxx is shit - buy yyy" comments ...

the price must be half from world brands, becouse huawei is not popular brand and not have good reputation.if the price is too expensive-nobody will buy it.for example galaxy note2 cost 500euro-new huawei d2 with 5"display must cost 250euro.comon huawei you want same prices like samsung-no way ,first make good reputation of your produckts with good price of same time and after that want hay prices.

This is definitely better than galaxy note 2!
Bigger screen, bigger battery, everything is better!

I am a Samsung Galaxy Note 1st gen. user and fan but i prefer to have ZTE Nubia than this jumbo phablet that many people say. Check out the feature of ZTE Nubia and you will find out who is better. I know its China made but this is the best phone China ever made so far.
Cheers and Happy Year of the Snake 2013

For me 6.1 inches is way too large for a phone, tabphone, phablet or whatever you want to call it.
I currently own a Galaxy Note 2 which has a humongous 5.5 inch screen and if the upcoming Galaxy Note 3 gets any bigger than the Note 2, then i most certainly won't be buying it.
5.5 inches is the limit for me.
