infact the nokia lumia 920 is the most demanded phone on the planet thank you very much, it is an awesome phone, and it is really popular :P

WOnder what would've happened if Nokia had come out with some GREAT tech in an Android product. As it is ya took money from and danced to the wrong Platform. Now MS OWNS Nokia in a manner of speaking. Hmm. Nokia's board of directors should awaken, the smell you noticed is COFFEE.

Watch what the 'Droids do next ( oops THIS ) year as shown in CES..

with respect to quality Nokia is indeed number 1 but for performance no doubt s3 or note 2 i worked with all OS and the best one is Belle(yes i am crazy) the most popular android(awesome open source), the best at nothing ios(i regret the day i bought iphone 4s)No lags but boring.

Dear GSM Arena,
Could you please explain what you mean as most popular in your data base.
Whilst your website is superb, no question about that, the issue is whether the data collected can be accurate or not, same for any similar website.
For example, if one looks at the daily interest, there is considerable so called interest in the lower Samsung models, and others, but these "hits" take on the form of more of a continuing chat channel than actual new people making an inquiry about a product.
So how can you discriminate between chatting, and genuine interested expressed by a new person in a product.
There might be some discrimination from new ip addresses, but I am at a loss as to how the lower rank in particular can be ascertained.
Yes, Samsung III, and Note II, for sure, and iphone 5, but not the Nokia 920, given the extent of daily interest, or even the LG Optimus G - strange indeed.

Really, apart from a small group who are interested because of the nokia brand most people dont care.

(i used nokias for nearly 10 years but they fell behind... I went to apple in 2008 and Samsung in 2010.. Currently on a note 2 which is the best phone on the market)

this is only top 10 in year 2012, if do it in 2013 you will see nokia lumiarity will lead. Nokia is the long last phone with best quality. I have used one so far is working well for more than 10 years

I don't! even though I'm using SGS3 *which is voted BEST phone in 2012!*
I'll use any brands as long as it doesn't restricting me!

Yuuuuup! Blackberry are awesome. They are innovative and cool and everyone wants one. Kim kardashian has one. Good enough for her good enough for me. They are on the hills to. And on pimp my ride they always got one as part of the pimpin make over. Oviously amazing! There. Proof. Xxx
