Nokia... I've been your fan since 2004. Never wrote a review against you up to now! What happened to you! I can't digest as there is no place for you in this two (top ten of 2012) artices except for N808, a Symbian phone. Open your eyes atleast now. Produce Symbian phones along with Windows. People's taste differ. Some like Smbian, some like Windows...... Oh Nokia, I can go on giving you reasons like this! But what is the use! Even the Readers are getting bore of such reviews (Bring back Symbian) But no change in your attitude! You will Suffer! Suffer! Suffer! Suffer! Suffer! Suffer! Suffer! Suffer! Suffer! Suffer! Suffer! Suffer! Suffer! Suffer! Suffer! Suffer! Suffer! Suffer! Suffer! Suffer! Suffer! Suffer! Suffer! Suffer!
I know... Android fans will laugh at this futile review! You can laugh because you have got all the reasons to do so. Be happy with your Androids. I no more defend that Nokia is superior to SAMSUNG as I did all tese days. I respect SAMSUNG though I don't have any SAMSUG mobile!

Is there any article for the highest-rated phone of 2012? The Nokia Lumia 920 surely will top it.

WOnder what would've happened if Nokia had come out with some GREAT tech in an Android product. As it is ya took money from and danced to the wrong Platform. Now MS OWNS Nokia in a manner of speaking. Hmm. Nokia's board of directors should awaken, the smell you noticed is COFFEE.
Apple. Nah...No need to comment.
Watch what the 'Droids do next ( oops THIS ) year as shown in CES..

with respect to quality Nokia is indeed number 1 but for performance no doubt s3 or note 2 i worked with all OS and the best one is Belle(yes i am crazy) the most popular android(awesome open source), the best at nothing ios(i regret the day i bought iphone 4s)No lags but boring.

Dear GSM Arena,
Could you please explain what you mean as most popular in your data base.
Whilst your website is superb, no question about that, the issue is whether the data collected can be accurate or not, same for any similar website.
For example, if one looks at the daily interest, there is considerable so called interest in the lower Samsung models, and others, but these "hits" take on the form of more of a continuing chat channel than actual new people making an inquiry about a product.
So how can you discriminate between chatting, and genuine interested expressed by a new person in a product.
There might be some discrimination from new ip addresses, but I am at a loss as to how the lower rank in particular can be ascertained.
Yes, Samsung III, and Note II, for sure, and iphone 5, but not the Nokia 920, given the extent of daily interest, or even the LG Optimus G - strange indeed.

> In reply to MisterCats @ 2013-01-02 23:06 from Bfv1 - click to readNo but it does show the level of interest in the general public which is closely linked to sales and profit.

Really, apart from a small group who are interested because of the nokia brand most people dont care.

(i used nokias for nearly 10 years but they fell behind... I went to apple in 2008 and Samsung in 2010.. Currently on a note 2 which is the best phone on the market)

For fairness, you should divide these figures by the number of days or months passed from the announcement to the end of the year.
