Xperia Z leaks again, shows off its slick design - read the full textThe Sony Xperia Z, which was known as the Yuga until a few days ago, has leaked once again, this time in a series of images extracted from what is likely a promo video. The new images tell us that the smartphone will feature a water resistant chassis on a "skeleton frame structure", and a 13MP...

this a warning to sammy... well sammy still has the fastest software updates and the smoothest project butter... but this could be it... the galaxy killer...

just hope sammy comes out with a killer design then no worries...

Look at the upper part of the phone, there's a button like structure and that is the camera key. The hole near the camera is the flash and some might have been thinking that it's a mic but i bet not. It's too big to be a mic. Look at the Xperia V, the flash looks the same as the one on the Xperia Z.

I don't think you were right because I had an S3 and I sold it to buy my One X+ because I dropped it and the screen cracked! Is that what you call a phone with high endurance? Dude, I was only able to sell it less than the price. Maybe S2 has a better build quality but not the S3. Now about the Xperia Z's design? Xperia Z doesn't look like an iPhone? It doesn't even have the physical button? maybe you would like to take a look on your favorite company? Samsung? haha! we all have our own taste and I wouldn't mind if you want Samsung, because I've used a couple of their devices and I still love Sony's quality. ;)

> In reply to Jake @ 2013-01-05 23:41 from tV3L - click to readYeah, I agree. S4 Pro is currently the best and now, the Exynos A15 architecture is gonna be out and is reportedly about to be used as the chipset for the upcoming GS4, S4 Prime is always there to the rescue. Currently S4 Pro is the best and it is just up to the companies that use it to optimize the chipset and bring out the best in it. Like what Sony did to its S3 chipsets on their Xperia S! When Xperia S came out, none of the phones from Samsung was able to beat its performance! Not even the S2 even when the S2 had been upgraded to ICS and the Xperia S was still using the 2.3 version of android. Go and optimize the S4 Pro at its best Sony! ;)

Do you really think that Xperia Z doesn't have a flash? Check the specs sheet of the phone. And one of the photos, if you've seen the back panel of the phone, there's like a hole near the camera, that might be the led flesh! Do you think Sony will dig its grave by putting all the great specs in one phone and forget the flash? Think about it man!

Is it kinda disaster? 3 months ago, there were reported that Sony detuned the Exmor RS stacked CMOS due to the design failure...

I am not so excited.

> In reply to Eikcam @ 2013-01-06 01:46 from mx0h - click to readThat eccentric looking thing with extremely low performance and ridiculous OS does not qualify as a smartphone. Maybe lumia 920, if it's weight to battery ratio made any sense. And the size as well. Nokia need to start using high tech materials, like Samsung, the magnesium bracket of the Note 2 make it very slim and light and still very strong. Or like the frame Sony is using in this xperia z. Nokia is supposed to be the veteran here and yet the best they can do is thick heavy plastic? Where's the innovation Nokia?
