Just use your phone as it is .. do not think about updates or features.

Rooting and tweaking with your device will void it or maybe brick it..

Be patient, and it will come naturally :)

> In reply to Samsung Galaxy Note @ 2013-01-07 07:40 from P@9i - click to readWhy would you want to go to iPhone from a note? If it's all about update speed then apple have an advantage over all non Nexus Android devices as apple develop iOS in house they don't need to really tell anyone a new version exists until they're ready too go live with it and as there are only a few devices running the platform in the first place (all apple) new versions of iOS can be tested on all of them before announcing the new version.
With Android it's very different the update gets announced and released by Google, then seeded to the nexus line (tested in house at Google as apple do with iOS) as the source code is released to developers and OEMs who then have to port the new version to different devices (with specs that could be wildly different from the nexus line) then add their own skins (touchwiz, sense, motoblur etc.) And test the firmware for bugs from this processes before releasing it to the public, could you imagine the outcry if an oem released a firmware that hadn't been tested properly?
And to top all of that most oems have more than one device (and level of device, from flagship to entry level) to go through this process for, so its logical they start with current flagship and work their way back through their devices.

KIES only means you have to install KIES on your computer, plug your phone, and update it. I know you're wondering how you can install KIES on your comp, search KIES on google, download it, install it.

What about JB (or at least something newer than the c..py Froyo) for Galaxy S Vibrant, Samsung??? Or the $600 I gave you worth less than the one you got for Galaxy S2... Who needs another Microsoft after all... No, no don't give us the BS that it's outdated!

I'm really satisfied, that I choose the GSII. I've just upgraded the battery to an official 2000 mAH made by Samsung. And now this upgrade.
