I really doubt that GS II or most dual-core phones would receive Android 5 KLP update, though

S2 has got a huge dev community; so we can expect a odin flashable version within days of the actual release.

1-they release too many versions in a small time interval.
2-They should give the source code to OEMs a couple of months before actually releasing the new version so the update comes to everyone quickly and at nearly the same time.

You know that it's not Google's fault you're not getting updates, it's the phone manufacturer's fault? So don't blame Google for releasing updates just because your device won't get them on time.

My Droidvice doesn't has update support for a very long time!
Google which is the god of Android's Armies has abadoned us!

Im not samsung fan, but i really apreciate what they done. Updating for s2 really prove how serious samsung is. Compare with other brands. I confuse why motorola who owned by google even not better in term of updating their devices, even compare with lg! Lg optimus 2x got ics while atrix stuck in gingerbread. I now consider to buy samsung phone. Because i dont want to buy phone who can be used only for several months then get outdated, pushing us to buy new device. That silly
