here it is, android 4.1.2 update for samsung galaxy s advance.
it can be used by anyone living anywhere in the world.
it uses 'odin' software so your phone will lose warranty if you have any (remember this before doing the update)...if you want to keep your warranty as well as update then you have to wait for the update to come to your country.
