the_seba, 08 Jan 2013Brace yourselves, "Android will still lag" comments are coming!Any OS will lag at certain situations. The tons of features Android offers makes that 'lagging' somehow understandable and acceptable. But one thing is for sure: it lags less often than iOS.
the_seba, 08 Jan 2013Brace yourselves, "Android will still lag" comments are coming! You've got THE POINT. Lagdroid forever. Hold on my old friend Nokia 1100.
Sony Xperia Z and ZL are awesome, but these processors make them look.... obsolete.
Dooshvari, 08 Jan 2013Tegra 4 VS. Snapdragon 800 ... which one wins?Thats the real challenge actually , however if tegra4 didnt slove its issues on tegra3 , i would really say that SnapDragon will defeat it .

some1, 08 Jan 2013Ultra HD, it's beyond 1080 resolution.tnx:)
surely, snapdragon won't allow andy oems to rest upon even 5" 1080p-they wud go for more resolution and more size!(cud make smartphones much less pocketable-i stand with apple at this point!)
does the new 800 have an integrated modem? or is it a 2 chip solution of SOC+modem like the S4 pro which is coupled with a seperate modem?
does the new 800 support usb3 (and other features like sata3) like arm 15 SOCs such as the new exynos?
what about the s1-s4 rebranding? does it mean that s4 is now called 800? or that 800 is a new architecture?
Banutu, 08 Jan 2013one of these days these Snapdragons will snap...into little Exynos:)

the_seba, 08 Jan 2013Brace yourselves, "Android will still lag" comments are coming!Every phone company capable of using this can use any OS they'll like.. whether its Android, Wp, Tizen, webOS, Sailfish or Ubuntu Mobile.. Android will no longer lag at this rate.. But it will surely heat up your pocket literally.. :)
