Personally I will not go for it...for reasons below...

1. Technology is 6+ month older. Why its being released in INDIA now...
2. Why buy dual core when quad core is available..
3. Much expensive than its counterparts..

I Got the Offer for 35500/- Rs. thats around 650$. still its costlier comparing to US or other countries

Well i find the 820 suits my tastes well and WP8 fits in well with windows 8 running on my laptop
