At a glance, it may appear as leaked backlight. But if you know that it's not the backlight, then it will give the the impression glowing docked icons, which is pretty cool.

So its a chip with built in feature. If it's just a software then probably it's available at google play or in many unauthorized scam provider. Too bad you missed that part, you need to read more and more common sense sammy plastic fanboy.

> In reply to [deleted post]Calm down. What I mean is the colour looks washed out a bit because of the grey wallpapers. Other wallpapers it looks great. Dont need to insult me and calling me stupid smartypants. I didnt say it has a crap screen. For me the quality of the screen is great

The stills were also taken with HDR on and, as anyone who's ever used HDR on a phone before will testify, it always leads to a reduction of detail. I'm far more interested in the non-HDR images this thing will put out.

That said, for HDR, these aren't half bad. The journo is right: good colour balance, decent white balance, no over-exposure.

Hi all
I want to say the following thing
never use auto scene because it always choose the incorrect ISO white balance etc
Just use the required scene from settings and enjoy full customize for ur photo in any telephone

TFT ain't a problem on Xperia z, it is already being compared to iPhone5 and sgs3 and was proven that Xperia z has much better display. So think twice in saying Xperia z has a crappy display, if it has crappy display i dont know how would you describe iPhone5 and sgs3 display. Dont ask me for links about the review google or YouTube it. Educate your selves.

> In reply to me yes @ 2013-01-13 16:08 from 6Qpi - click to readi think the "made in china" issue is not totally about quality. it's more of a general antipathy against china because of how many people perceive china as bullies, people who disregard intellectual property, people who lack moral ascendancy, people who affect economies by being the world's counterfeit capital, etc etc.

made in china has become a brand that many try to avoid but fail because doing so isn't practical.
