I do a Factory reset + titanium back restore
once a week only, and takes about 5 minutes
per week. Nothing at all really, not daily!
And it's 100% butter smooth like Google told us
4.1 would be.

Then see.

Lag has been proven a lie.
It's been said that it's WP and Apple users
that talk about it.

The live tiles of WP8 actually look good..... for the first few days. Then gets boring. Now I am selling my HTC WP8S. No games, no apps, all I can do is facebook, twitter, instagram. Boring as hell. ='(

tried out my friends ATT 920 the other day, he has it running it on Straight Talk, the phone itself is heavy, but feels rock solid, the UI is very smooth, but u cant change much, the window phone app store has not many apps. if Nokia put android on it, i will definitely get one, but for Win 8, i will pass and enjoy the freedom android provides.

The Lumia offers more than the HTC and SAMSUNG, seems to me all the haters on here are jealous of the thing of beauty that is called the Lumia 920. And before you go on how much I am a WP8 fanboy I will admit I have a soft spot for NOKIA.I had a SGSIII gave it away did not like how my google account which is now disabled kept getting hacked......

I love these comments here.

Nokia is an absolutely fantastic company. I bought a phone, used, and it turned out to be broken. Without so much as a simple complain, I had an email sent to me from the CEO of customer support saying they would send me a replacement phone. They even called my phone later when it was shipped off with the tracking number. No waiting tines when I had to call them.

Here in Canada the phone is sold often sold out in the Rogers stores. Sure, it isn't selling like wildfire but it is selling.
I love my Lumia. I use it and people look to see what it is. The camera is fantastic, and it looks sleek, well built, solid. It's set aside form the pack of "generic" phones out there. The OS is smooth, bug free, and does exactly what i want when I want it.

I switched from an S3 to this, couldn't be happier. I miss Chrome and a file browser, but finally file transfers to my PC work without a blatant iTunes copy that hardly works.

Windows Phone will most likely not have the market presence that Android and iOS have, but I'm OK with that. I enjoy being different.

I appreciate very much the 'freedom' that Android offers, but if you try WP8 (L920 in particular) it's simply fantastic! The touchscreen phones era brought us a lot of usabilities we never imagined before, but took away from us the easiness of the mobile phones usage. The Nokia-Microsoft collaboration's main orientation has been exactly the restoration of an amount of this lost phone usage easiness. And doing this by preserving and further developing the smart features of the modern tech era, they intend to compete in market by being closer to daily consumer needs and bringing innovations, unlike Android (Samsung in particular) that rapidly brings increasing chips capacities and right after that we see software hungry for more chips capacity, and they call it 'innovation'.
Lumia 920 is not the most famous, not the most admired, not the most sold, maybe it's the most bashed by the competitors' scared salesmen, but it is undoubtfully the best up to date phone to buy. A buy not to regret! The best!

Haters all over the place. If you don't want the phone, just leave it alone. Nokia isn't bullying you to buy their stuff. If you want Android, go get an Android. Same for iOS. Don't bash because you think your OS is better than anyone else. Geez! It's just a phone. You wouldn't live long if you have Android, iOS or even WP. Get a life!

I guess the Nexus 4 from this picture is a cheap Android phone. Galaxy S2 is cheap now too.
