This phone is a re-branded Chinese phone . Micromax ,by most accounts have a dreadful aftersales service and a serious distribution problem with the canvas2 . This phone is slightly dissapointing with no increase in on-board storage and no mention of gorilla glass or an improved camera ( over the canvas2 ) . At 15000 seems a tad expensive also .

Is this phone really designed by Micromax? I doubt it because Canvas 2 was probably designed by Tinno and produced as the "Beidou Chi K". Micromax does little or no research and just handles marketing and service.

Micromax phones are luck dependent.
If your phone works fine, its awesome!
If it does not, micromax has beyond imagination bad after sales services.

please decrease the price of service center products because they are too high and you are developing company now you should have take care in more service centers only than manufacturing many products

micromax is good brand.its have cheaper,advance technilogy,good looks.but one last problem is all time visit service centre for manufacturing problem.i have used lots of same brand phone but my experience sure due to hardware and softwere prblem and service centre not responding timely

Plzzzzzz micromax if u r seeing diis.....b4 letting dis phn out in d market......make sure it is glitch free nd system doesnt crash....make sure of it...nd stop us from going 2 service centres..........
