I am also waiting for this awaited upgrade. I dont know why samsung is letting the users of its one of the most sold flagship device Galaxy S2 users. I think we will still have to wait for the official update because we are not spainsh. Are they providing the update after just seeing only their football excellence or the spanish bribed them? Just take it as a thought only because chances for it to be true is very less. I am saying this only just being jealous. I envy spanish S2 users inevitably.
We should claim compensation against the mental harrasment we are being suffered. They are giving update to spainish people but we are still waiting, this is a bigger harrasment. Lesser mental stress was the frequent news of postpond of the update. They dont care, i mean samsung, of us. Just give them large amount of money for wait and wait and for heating problems only. I am really...!!!

One thing I have noticed in 4.1.2 is that the ability to change CSC with *#272*IMEI# command has been removed. Can anybody confirm this?
