In my country, romania, it was priced at 199euros.
On some sites, i've seen it priced at 300+.
Sorry but i cannot tell if it is available in your country.
In mine was exclusively through orange romania.

Pleassee.. look at the size and price before you bash storage or battery...

This is not a massive slab high priced 1080p crap in 2013. This is a mid range phone! Its storage and battery is acceptable for the size and budget.

Hy Acer, why don't you release the android JB for acer S500? And why not release a new bigger battery for the phone, somewhere around 1800Mah because the original battery is much bigger in size than the one in Samsung galaxy s1 but weaker, witch had more Mah btw. ?

Got the S500 for a good deal but if no further support... might make me doubt my decision.

Will buy the white one.
I already own the Cloud mobile and i am very satisfied, despire what everyone says about that device.
the only real downside i see on it its the low brightness and bottom plastic quality.

well,somehow i started to like this brand.for middle range smartphones they managed to make a price hard to beat.actually i think is the best ratio technology/price,not overpriced (like iphone 400%)
