Here's a thought. Buy a cheap phone, they are usually made in small sizes, they might also have more features than the remote control. And for the connectivity for the tv, there's something called a wireless network, some phones can connect to smart tv so there's no point in keeping the phone near the tv.

It would be a more serious investment if they added a sim card capability to it, so it could be used as a secondary feature phone as well as a remote control device. In that case, if they offered the remote-phone included in the price of the Butterfly, maybe i might buy such a set.

Sure it would be great on a tablet but remeber that you would have to keep it withing sgnal range of both network and bluetooh. But I bet tablets sit usually in briefcases or backpacks.

I think it's a great idea. There have been plenty of moments when you have one hand busy and handling that huge smartphone is a pain. The only downside might me the bluetooth communication .

Hi,

I am glad you all like our new 'mini' invention of a phone to control your phone, we are planning another development to this which I think you will like, we are calling this 'micro'. What this is, is a small device which you can carry around additionally which will control your mini. Just imagine the possibilities of controlling a phone which controls your phone. We feel this is ingenious but were wondering what the users will think.

Please respond in the comments below.
Many thanks.
