I feel sorry for you all who write that iPhone tariffs are robbery.
£35 is very reasonable.

I don't understand those who write "free data/WiFi is a scam..."
You get free access to Clouds WLAN zones. Worldwide !
And 3G/HSDPA is probable included too.

500 sms per month and 600 minutes is enough for a "normal" user. 20 minutes a day and 17 sms a day. Thats more than enough for the majority.

If some should have any complains so it's us, Swedes. Prices offered by TeliaSonera are unreasonable !

Alternative to £35 (410SEK) would cost more than double that - 1081 SEK/month (£85).
Speak about robbery here.

You DO NOT get free data with Telia. No, you have to add 199 SEK (£17) a month.

You DO NOT get enough sms with
Telia. Tariff iMedi costs 489 SEK (£40) a month and you get ONLY 250 sms.
100 extra sms would cost 70 SEK (£5)

You do not get enough minutes. 250 ONLY with iMedi. 100 extra minutes costs 70 SEK (£5)

If that wouldn't enough, the iPhone tariff in Sweden has "call connection fee". You pay 0.8 SEK (6pence) for every call conection.
Even voicemail och ALL others.

Hell no, Telia !

The free WiFi means you have free access to The Cloud WiFi service.

In My country you just have to get your iphone even if its new the 3 g or the older , they hack the program so you dont have to use it with a plan or somethiing from at&t or anything , just put your sim card and that all and you only will spend like 45 USD to hack your iphone :P

free wifi... lmao (well clearly, wifi is always free)

Man, these companies sure do know how to rip people off.

These contracts are terrible by the way - such a rip off.

I phone really threads Nokia , now they have to think about the touch interface too unlike the SE walkman which really threat Nokia few years ago but they dafinatlly over come with their N series and some Series 40 devices , but for i phone they still dont have a answer but i had seen some stuffs about nokias touch , So lost of expectations towards Nokias Touch phone which will most properly release some way around 1Q 2009 .

thats daylight robbery.

£30/month gives you 75 minutes and 125 texts?

on t-mobile, £30/month gives you 1400 minutes and unlimited texts.

> In reply to Daz @ 2008-07-07 17:53 from MIaFI work for O2 and we are all p'eed off with the situation just as much as our customers... And we ARE rewarding existing customers by allowaing them to take out a new iPhone 3G contract and cancel their existing iPhone contract WITHOUT incurring early termination fees... The system crashed due to the massive volume of users trying to get their hands on the iPhone... More stock due Thursday 10th which is still before the official release so have a coke and a smile and relax.
