I am so Pi**ed off with O2. I purchased my iphone for the original price and was looking forward to an early upgrade. However I am so disappointed for 2 big reasons.
1) why should we have to pay the same as a new customer for the iphone when we shelled out the ridiculous price a few months ago.
2)(MORE IMPORTANTLY) Why do we not get priority when pre-ordering the iphone? I spent all morning trying to pre-order mine on a website that refused to work. Then I held for F**k knows how long on the Phone only to be told that "they could not take orders over the phone" and that I would have to keep trying online. Returning to the website I was told that the Iphone 3G in now out of stock!!!!.

What kind of Loyalty is this from o2?
And I've got a bone to pick with apple. I've always seen apple as an inovative and stylish yet fair company but thanks to the rdiculously inconsistant and unfair pricing strategy behind the iphone I can say that I for 1 will reconsider buyng an apple product again. I had been thinking about an apple laptop but now I think il spend my money elsewhere, where I may be appreciated

Prices in the netherlands are the lowest in europe... 150 minutes + 150 text messages and unlimited UMTS for 29,95 euro a month (iPhone 8GB is 79,95 euro).

Thats not expensive at all in my opinion.

Mike

Tell me about it, the cost of living here in the UK is getting ridiculous - over £1 per litre of fuel, £6 for a packet of cigarettes, £3.50 for a pint of beer, and believe me, thats just the tip of the iceberg.

It's a wonder how anyone here can afford luxuries like the Iphone 3G.

iPhone was so sucessful that APPLE is too Proud & overconfident ...

really ! I mean why NOT purchase a NOKIA N95 for less than GBP 250 or so... or SAMSUNG OMNIA I900 for less than GBP 400...

what's the logic purchasing this overpriced toy ??
