apple is a company that cant depend on its self its product's components are made by other companies such as samsung and sony so it has to be in good terms with other companies for it to survive

> In reply to Denzo @ 2013-01-30 14:45 from IPtL - click to readu didnt understood what i m saying... if u n ur frndz have to meet outside home somewhere were u all can gather... so china here is the place of gathering n assembling... what kind of economics is involved in that?? world is full of fanboyism... look at my comments carefully i never said anything bad about apple coz i like it... same way i dont hate any brand... u ppl think that every person here is a fanboy of particular brand... dont know y gsmarena doesnt block comments reflecting fanboyism or hatret... n my comment in context with manufacturing of a particula part, not about designing which is what i have written n if u carefully read my comment then u will find that i mentioned the word "elegant" before ios which means i like its os... dont hate the people too much coz u fight with fanboys n haters more than apple n samsung court fights... n for the economics, let me tell u that i am working in share markets who has much more knowledge of economics... n also this comment is not only for u but all haters n fanboys who thinka every people comment here coz they love a specific brand n hate all other brand... got it??

> In reply to Anonymous @ 2013-01-30 17:37 from t}4i - click to readThis case is a landmark one cos it demonstrates the outrageous flaws in our patent n judicial systems! It's a well known fact that Judge Koh, who's of S.Korean origin herself has a personal vendetta against Samsung n is also 1 of the most inexperienced judges to have ever been promoted to the post! The case has been marred by controversy from the beginning, as the very grounds of the case are almost baloney and calls into question the efficiency of the USPTO after it granted ridiculous patents to (Cr)Apple! This case should be an eye opener for the Federal Govt. 2 drastically improve the judicial system n the USPTO, if they both wanna avoid further shame! I think this is headed all the way 2 the Supreme Court n Judge Koh is now trying 2 overcompensate or has maybe decided 2 side with the truth 4 a change! Well, wherever there's (Cr)Apple you're guaranteed such controversy! Remember Antennagate n Job's infamous remarks that he was right n all the users were wrong, even though it was evident he was dead wrong? Sums up (Cr)Apple's arrogant n bullying attitude n all-out greed - it's Job's legacy after all!

And another thing I prefer from Samsung is their premium suite upgrade. I hate that Apple is not making phone so capable like note 2 but I am sure they will wow the world again soon with lots of innovation and rule the industry for another 5 years

Samsung sold 63 million phones at the same but their profit is lesser than apple..calculations show that Apple has 34% margin where as samsung has only 13%

> In reply to Anonymous @ 2013-01-30 17:37 from t}4i - click to readDon't be like that.

The reason why Apple makes huge profit is because they manage to sell 47 MILLION iPhone's.

Don't you think ANY other company would love to have those kind of sales on it's FLAGSHIP phone??

Apple gets more margin from their iphones because apple provides inferior hardware configuration and overprices the iphone.
Thus apple generates more revenue despite having lesser market share.

Peace out ifanboy whats the point of a phone to be the lightest and thinnest and putting it in a fat case for protecting the metal. For that instance Plastic is then way better than glass and aluminium. I'm not a fanboy either i hate samsung but i hate apple too.

But it isn't Apple who are worried about Samsung - it's the OTHER manufacturers who are worried about Samsung.

As we've seen from Apple world record breaking Financial Quarter, Apple are doing just fine.

But they designed the phone both inside and internally.

What components work best where they go what materials to use. And the building process.

Watch the videos on the Apple website.

Neither willfully infringed nor even infringement, only if apple had the guts in their ass to face samsung professionally.
