Very Expensive....only Blackberry fanboys will buy the Z10. It's at least 6 months behind the competition. No way this phone can compete against the likes of Xperia Z and Galaxy S4.

i think Q10 is for the real BB fanatics. Thanks to the typical BB keyboard.
The crowd in favor of a touchscreen will maybe not buy the Z10 that much and will stay on iphone or android.

The phone itself isn't going to kill BB but the launch date will. Why have a launch party and not release it soon after (in your biggest market)? This phone will be forgotton by the time it is launched as others can now release their products between now and then and make BB an afterthought.

RIM doesn't even mention INDONESIA, their biggest BB users in the world!

This is total humiliation for Indonesian, first they cancelled bb factory plan, and moved it to malaysia, now this...

and Indonesian crazy pathetic for BB goes on.. if only they dropped BB, I bet RIM would go bankrupt sooner than now! :)

I can't see why anyone would pay so much money for so little?
Apple and Android, both have a lot of apps....so why buy a BB10? IT COST A LOT, THE DESIGN IS OLD, NOTHING NEW, SAME OLD EXPENSIVE devices...Soryy BB, but you're not cool anymore and to re-gain that status isn't possible anymore. You'd need to change the name to something new and cool and to build up some cool effect...and it'll not happen.
People today are embarressed by their BB devices, hiding them in the subway...so, even if a new OS, but it's still BB, and NO-ONE WILL BUY, especially that price level...forget it! Once you try either iPhone or Samsung III S, you don't want an expensive copy of iPhone.
I'll throw away my old BB9700 and will be happy to receive an iPhone 5 from my employer, so glad that we switched to Apple. R.I.P. Blackberry or RIM or Heinz/Merkel/Deutschland.

But just for comparison here in UAE, the iphone 5 costs 2749AED, Lumia 920 is 2499 & GS3 is 2099.
