The damage is done. Apple succeeded in ruining this phone. This is an old phone now...with the Nexus 4 out, this phone is obsolete.

That is shameful that apple started a battle to sue other brands instead of creating innovating ideas and devices. I think recent apple management team are ruining this company.

Apple actually 'won' the case because the galaxy nexus is no more a competition so it does not really matter if it is sold or not since many people will rather buy nexus 4 now.

> In reply to [deleted post]Do you really think apple lost this one. They stopped the sales of nexus for long time. It's only now that samsung won the final verdict. The victory is moot. Apple must be laughing hard right now.

Why didn't Apple patent voice calling and messaging just to keep the competition fair and let other companies be innovative and find another use for phones!?!?

Nonsense, who would still buy the phone. Yeah the specs are good, but it's ancient already. All in all Samsung lost, the decision is moot. Smart move from apple I would say. They might be laughing hard right now.
