Aint it about time the courts start fining apple for wasting courts time. Next time they get refused to sue someone they should be warned they will be fined then apple will think twice about trying to sue samsung all the time and why the hell is samsung still makin parts for apple, pay apple out the contract

Target already achieved by Apple. Samsung finally learnt the hard way. Knowing Samsung, it won't be long before they start copying somebody else, my bet is that it will either be Nokia or Sony as their next victim.
