Hmm... at least this phone has some decent specs, but wasn't Galaxy Y supposed to be Young?!
I'm so confused over so many Galaxy models!
And even worse! Recently they all look the same!

I wouldn't be afraid to get one for my kids (if I had any) just to see it cracked in half 3 months later. This is Samsung way of taking over the feature-phone market by laying a more attractive option on people's hands.

the galaxy Young was already marked as the galaxy Y. sounds they beefed up the specs it used to have a 8++mhz processor , 3++ ram and 2mb camera.

i hope That Samsung optimize well this phones. because My Galaxy s duos is slow And have a similar hardware 1ghz cpu with 768 Mb of RAM. even my friend Galaxy y opens apps faster then Galaxy s duos.
maybe with the amount of similar hardware helps them to optimize the os.
Samsung is releasing a lot of phones with a cortex A5 1ghz

to lol : I've got a Galaxy SL with only 478 MB RAM and I've got 96 apps and I've got 130 MP3 inside (no microSD) and it works like a charm !
