The name of the game is market and make money if you are a company. Nobody expects BB to go out and conquer the market....well just yet. They produced a new product and people are buying it and they are making more money than expected which means that unlike Nokia, BB seems to have what it takes to go ahead. If they build on that good but hope they learned their lesson about stagnation. Nokia on the other hand i am afraid are doing mistake after mistake. Going all WM and now terminating Symbian. If they wanted to be different, they should have done the contrary and developp Symbian more. And of course offer Android as an alternative.Early days for BB but to the consumer, there is another good option that openned for you

As an Android user
I say go ahead, for choices and options
Kill the companies that rip off consumers with mediocre hardware and locked up software
Charging exorbitant money for something simple like expandable memory,
An additional row of icons or 10% increase in screen size is not an upGrade
This is what an upgrade supposed to be

BB is a niche product. I don't think even BB expects to topple Android & iOS. It's a big marketplace, and BB's new offerings deserve success.

Lovely to hear. I would definitely love to own a Z10, to have an advanced exp over the N9 that I owned. Will hand over the Lumia 820 to my wife .

BB must market their phones to set a bussiness-man trend. If you want to look profi, bussiness man, you don't buy an iPhone toy, you buy a serious BB phone! This trend will pass then to more and more customers, as a trendy phone.

How the Z10's figures stack up against Android devices or iPhone launch numbers is not particularly relevant now, the fact that people went out and bought the Z10 in (BB)record numbers is good to see for the brand. BIS will probably be a deal breaker for me on the Z10 but I'm happy with my current BB and PB for now and as long as I have BIS I don't see myself leaving the brand.
