You are kidding , right ? Nexus S with 480 x 800 screen and SINGLE core processor from 2010 got update to 4.1 all the way from 2.3.

Nexus S got 4.1 like 6 months back.

And also not to forgot the Galaxy Nexus which came out in same year as S2 with dual core processor and got update from 4.0 to 4.2 (Galaxy Nexus got 4.1 update like 6 months back)

Wow, Happy for S2 users. though i am having S3.

Jabardast news for the s2 owners! It helps to keep my hopes high that my note2 will keep getting the same treatment for a good number of coming years.. Fingers crossed! Just got another 39.13Mb update today though.

The ONLY smartphone yet to feature from the era when dual core and 480x800 considered high end. No other dual core smartphone from 2 years ago is even mentioned in articles in recent times let alone the update record from gingerbread 2.3.3 till 2.3.6 all the way to 4.0.1 till 4.0.4 alll the way to 4.1 jellybean.

I want to hear the Sony fantards now. This update makes your phone as fast as an S3. I've tried it on my friend's S2 against my S3 and the overall UI speed is the same as my S3! GJ Samsung
