You can Access play store via anonymizer(proxy server)from USA ip. But its the problem with the shipping. They are not shipping in India. So Wait for Nexus 4 to arrive in india or sent some one to get it from USA...:)

Im testing my friend nexus4 used the "epic citadel" graphic benchmark.its constant 60 fps without frame drope..
O.m.g. this the android fone that we waitin for...
Seriouly this fone kick the sammy s3 butt in all test accept batery life...this fone is god damn FAST....as adreno 320 in it....

If google gonna compete in the mobile hardware market with their Android keylime pie they better get their moto phone ready in time and on par spec wise to Samsung 4
I would suggest google+moto to invest in Intel and get exclusive contract with Intel to make their chips.
Samsung is on top cause they own their own mobile chip.

I ordered google nexus 4 from the play store to ship tom cousin (He lives in Canada.). i ordered 16GB Variant and it costs ($359 + $19(Shipping) + $35 (10% tax) = $413(In Total.).
Additional Information:
I used my Indian Visa Card to Purchase, i think they charged me around 23K

In Malaysia , Lg Nexus cost $484 US dollars . I just owned it . really great phone . and i think S3 and Nexus 4 . better buy nexus according to the price and Spec .it's like Nexus 4 only 1% down than S3 .

Google play in Australia sent their stock from Hong Kong. Cost of $18 Express. Took 2-3 days.

it's not just the supply that's the issue. pricing also is. in places outside of the united states, the nexus price is at par or even higher than high end phones from other manufacturers like samsung and sony. in india for example, it was priced at 80000 when it first arrived. around the price of an iphone 5.

They sell the Nexus 4 at 500 EUR in my country, the same price as the Galaxy Note II.
